THE STORY CONTINUES...

This update begins with incredible thanks to all who have been praying for us.

We definitely felt the difference yesterday as peace began to settle our spirits.

Jackie is doing great and we are taking turns each day being with her at all

times.

The girls did a great job with teaching the kids classes yesterday and they have

become quite the popular stars as they do their skits each day! After school they

were followed back to our home where they played soccer in the yard, were

taught to dance the salsa and one of the students even brought all the girls to

meet his family!
The parents shared their painting talents with the girls and

gathered fresh fruit from the trees for them to try. They were even caught in a

traditional downpour!

Ted and Larry tore down (actually pushed over) the original kitchen and put in

a concrete block footing for the new kitchen. Ted carried 27  (105lb.) bags of

concrete and Larry put in 42 concrete blocks. The cucarachas(cockroaches) and

termites scattered and the chickens had a feast as they caught as many as they

could!
Sunrise this morning was beautiful and some of the girls got up to go to a nearby

farm and help to milk the cows. As we leave for the school now, I am confident

that this will be a beautiful day.  The fresh coffee smell is my icing on the cake!

Today is also my mom's birthday! Happy Birthday Mom and Grammie.

We will update as soon as we can. We have only about 5 minutes a day to get a

connection and I wanted you to know that we are all fine and doing great.

PLEASE continue to pray. We love you and miss you.
God is the giver of life and every good and perfect gift is from above.
